May-O-Sabi's Mayonnaise with a Wasabi kick! can be used as a condiment on any sandwich wherein you might use mayonnaise, mustard or relish. It also adds a flavorful kick to any recipe that calls for plain mayo!

May-O-Sabi for the Grill
1 c. May-O-Sabi
3 Tbl. Soy Sauce
1 Tbl. Sesame Oil
1 Tsp. Liquid Smoke
May-O-Sabi for Shrimp Cocktail
Dipping Sauce: Mix together equal parts May-O-Sabi & Ketchup
6 oz. fresh salmon, finely chopped
2 Tbl. May-O-Sabi
2 Tbl. Shallots, finely diced
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt & Pepper or Soy Sauce to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Serve chilled
